The studio extended the master plan into the harbor as part of a new master plan for Pula, Croatia, a city with a large bay and a rich history of marine time activities, including a deeply ingrained history of fishing.
Analysis of the harbor and other harbors of similar city types, including size and ship types, and existing navigation routes by ship types, were done to see how programs across Pula's harbor could be redistributed to be more efficient. An analysis with nautical charts was done on the harbor to see the limitations of navigation via ships.
After the analysis, a new plan was introduced, including new long, short, and medium ferry routes to expand the Pulas connection via the sea. New public transportation routes, such as new slow mobility via the waterbus, were also introduced for citizens and holidayers with seasonal stops. A water "highway route" was also introduced for private taxis, another way to include a variety of options.
